Morgan Dubbs is a Centre County native, having graduated from Bald Eagle Area High School with honors in 2017. Morgan then attended Susquehanna University, where she was a triple major in Political Science, Psychology, and Public Policy- Education Policy emphasis. She graduated from Susquehanna with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees, summa cum laude, with university honors and departmental honors. Morgan was awarded SU’s “Senior of the Year” award, served as the President of SU’s Student Government Association, and gave the commencement address at her graduation ceremony.
Morgan earned her juris doctorate from Penn State Law. During her time at Penn State Law, Morgan earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Global Sports Law, an award presented to the student with the highest grade in the class. Morgan served as a Student Practitioner at Penn State’s Family Law Clinic, where she represented victims of domestic abuse and other individuals with family law disputes such as divorce and child custody cases.
Morgan’s professional experience includes an externship with the Honorable Michael T. Hudock of Pennsylvania’s 17th Judicial District (Union and Snyder counties), serving as a Legal Assistant and the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Snyder County District Attorney’s office, and an externship with the Honorable Brian K. Marshall of the Centre County Court of Common Pleas. Morgan joined the Stover McGlaughlin family in Spring 2023 as an intern, then later a Certified Legal Intern, and is now an Associate Attorney, having been admitted to to the Bar of Pennsylvania in October 2024. Morgan lives in Benner Township with her family.
